CLS Excavation, Inc. was founded in Austin, Texas by owner Clint Stephenson in 1996. Clint is a 3rd generation site work contractor with over 25 years experience, and his attention to detail have been the cornerstone of our company.  We operate only Caterpillar machinery equipped with state of the art GPS machine control technology.
